Training
Connections Australia has developed unique project based training programs integrating
cultural ethics and workplace practises and incorporating essential skills and
knowledge required for entering the workforce. The program ensures participants
will acquire the understanding and acknowledgement of the importance of working
within the boundaries of local workplace ethics. The program incorporates the
development of a career and work plan and will be tailored to the requirements
of the JSA provider.
The service model
for TCA is to provide trainers across the organisation’s footprint. This is
aimed at maximising effectiveness of the training needs specific to that area and
allowing for the continuous review of the training needs to ensure quality
service.
The ultimate aim
will be for TCA to be recognised as a leader in Indigenous training and
supporting employment pathways for its clients.
As a private
training provider, all programs developed by TCA are compliant with Industry
Training Packages and AQTF requirements.
